Spouses & Partners

Spouses and partners are welcome and considered part of the extended Gravitas community. Spouse registration will open after pre-registration closes and once minimum attendance capacity has been met.

• Members: $595 (~€550)
• Alumni & Guests: $795 (~€735)
• Spouses & Partners: $195 (~€180)

Pre-Registration

Pre-registration requires a 50% deposit and secures your place pending retreat confirmation. Remaining balance due once confirmed.

Retreat Confirmation & Minimum Participation

This retreat requires a minimum of 10 confirmed participants to proceed.

Once the minimum threshold is met, the retreat will be formally confirmed, and all registered participants will be notified. Please do not book airfare or accommodations prior to confirmation.

Participant Cancellation Policy

Before retreat confirmation
If the retreat is not confirmed, all payments will be fully refunded.

After retreat confirmation (minimum met)
Because this retreat is intentionally small and capacity-based, registrations become non-refundable once the retreat is confirmed.

This ensures fairness to fellow participants and allows Gravitas Impact to confidently commit to venues, facilitators, and program design.

Gravitas Impact Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Gravitas Impact must cancel the retreat, all registration fees will be fully refunded. Gravitas Impact is not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses.
